Here at Apprenticeship Careers Australia (ACA) we currently have an exciting opportunity for applicants looking to start their career through a Certificate III Horticulture – Parks & Gardens over 48 months, located in Lindfield & hosted by Protea Landscaping. 

Our Apprenticeship Program offers a unique blend of on-the-job training, mentorship, and classroom learning. As a trainee, you will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining practical experience and developing valuable industry skills. This program is perfect for recent graduates, career changers, and anyone eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment.

Duties:

• Garden maintenance, including pruning, mowing, mulching, and weeding.

• New garden installations for residential properties.

• Landscaping & Construction

• Operating hand tools, whipper snippers, and brush cutters.

• Administering pesticides and fertilizers safely and effectively.
   

Skills and responsibilities:

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Ability to follow & adhere to policies and procedures 

• Reliable and punctual

• Strong computer literacy skills in Microsoft suite

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Have a strong work ethic and motivated to learn

• Passionate for field & result driven
