Traineeships for new and existing employees.
Traineeships are part of the Australian Apprenticeships program. A great training and retention option for you to grow your skilled workforce.
Traineeships usually last between 12 and 48 months, depending on the vocation and certificate level undertaken. The trainee is employed by ACA and studies with a Registered Training Organisation on a regular schedule. They work in your business for the duration of their traineeship. Once they complete, you can transition them to permanent employment in your business.
