Caroline is a passionate leader with a proven track record in finance, education and business, and brings over 15 years’ experience in accounting, financial planning, and business partnering to her role.
Prior to this she held leadership positions at Brambles, Mission Australia, and St Vincent's Health Australia. Caroline leverages her strong business acumen and people skills to optimise processes, drive growth and foster a positive culture in the wider business.
Tash Kesby - GTO and Transformation Manager
Tash holds twin roles as GTO and Transformation Manager, overseeing New South Wales and Queensland alongside her continuous improvement remit. With over a decade of experience in community services, disability support, and infrastructure training, she is a dynamic leader skilled in regional management and stakeholder engagement. Her deep understanding of community needs, collaborative approach, and passion for inclusive growth empowers teams and enhances service outcomes.
