Business Administration Traineeship - Chief Fluid Systems

Here at Apprenticeship Careers Australia (ACA) we currently have an exciting opportunity for applicants looking to start their career through a Certificate III in Business Administration over 12 months, located in Chipping Norton & hosted by Chief Fluid Systems. 

Our Traineeship Program offers a unique blend of on-the-job training, mentorship, and classroom learning. As a trainee, you will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining practical experience and developing valuable industry skills. This program is perfect for recent graduates, career changers, and anyone eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment.

Duties:

• General office duties including filing, scanning, photocopying, laminating, and maintaining workspace cleanliness

• Supporting administration by creating and managing customer Job Packs using Microsoft Word and Excel

• Data entry and converting quotes, entering purchase orders, and processing accounts in MYOB

• Answering incoming phone calls and liaising with customers and suppliers regarding order requirements and status

• Processing supplier invoices for payment, managing accounts payable/receivable, and scanning monthly receipts

• Assisting with compliance and safety requirements and undertaking incidental duties as directed by management
   

Skills and responsibilities:

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Ability to follow & adhere to policies and procedures 

• Reliable and punctual

• Strong computer literacy skills in Microsoft suite

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Have a strong work ethic and motivated to learn
