Role Description

Here at Apprenticeship Careers Australia (ACA) we currently have an exciting opportunity for applicants looking to continue their career through a Certificate III Horticulture – Landscape Construction, located in Ingleburn & hosted by Waratah Group Services

Our Apprenticeship Program offers a unique blend of on-the-job training, mentorship, and classroom learning. As a trainee, you will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining practical experience and developing valuable industry skills. This program is perfect for recent graduates, career changers, and anyone eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment.

Applicants must have commenced at least their First Year of their apprenticeship!

Duties:

  • Assist in the construction of patios, retaining walls, walkways, and garden features

  • Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment

  • Work with experienced professionals to master grading, drainage, and hardscaping techniques

  • Understand landscape blueprints and project planning

  • Gain valuable industry certifications and hands-on experience
     

Skills and responsibilities:

  • Commenced at minimum their first year of the apprenticeship

  • Ability to work in a team environment

  • Ability to follow & adhere to policies and procedures 

  • Reliable and punctual

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Have a strong work ethic and motivated to learn

  • Passionate for field & result driven
