How can Apprenticeship Careers Australia help you?

When engaging an apprentice or trainee through Apprenticeship Careers Australia, we take care of the payroll, paperwork, formal training and government requirements so you can get on with running your business and coaching your apprentice or trainee.

We recruit using innovative techniques, which helps us uncover candidates who will not respond to a job ad. No matter the industry, our science-based screening and matching tools have been developed to only introduce you to the best local talent that will be the perfect match for your business. This is furthermore supported by our industry leading coaching and mentoring program which has helped us achieve outstanding apprentice and trainee completion rates.

The Boosting Apprenticeship Commencement scheme will mean as the employer you will be eligible for up to $7,000 per quarter for apprentices and trainees engaged from 5 October 2020 up to 30 September 2021.

As a result of the coronavirus pandemic there is increased job uncertainty, particularly for young people starting out in their career. Employing an apprentice or trainee not only supports those entering the job market or retraining, but also creates an opportunity for your business to bring on a new resource - and now you can get 50% of their wages subsidised by the Australian Government for their first year!
