Traineeships for new and existing employees.
Traineeships are part of the Australian Apprenticeships program. A great training and retention option for you to grow your skilled in-home support workforce.
Traineeships usually last between 12 and 48 months, depending on the vocation and certificate level undertaken. The trainee is employed by ACA and studies with a Registered Training Organisation on a regular schedule. They work in your business for the duration of their traineeship. Once they complete, you can transition them to permanent employment in your business.
