Residential Aged Care Traineeships | Earn While You Learn | No Care Work Experience Required

This opportunity allows you to complete the nationally recognised CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) while gaining paid, hands-on experience in a residential aged care facility.

Unlike home care, residential aged care allows you to provide ongoing, holistic support to the same residents each day, giving you the opportunity to build lasting relationships and make a real difference in their daily lives.

This traineeship combines on-the-job training, classroom learning, and ongoing mentorship, making it ideal for career changers, return-to-work candidates, and those passionate about supporting older Australians.

  • Have your own vehicle and SA driver's licence (Preferred)

  • Have a willingness to obtain a National Police Check and undertake a Manual Handling course

You will develop skills in person-centred care, communication, legal and ethical practice, personal care, promoting healthy lifestyles, basic first aid, and supporting the independence and wellbeing of older people.
