Production Administration Traineeship – Pegasus Media & Logistics

Here at Apprenticeship Careers Australia (ACA) we currently have an exciting opportunity for applicants looking to start their career through a Certificate III in Business over 12 months, located in Blacktown & hosted by Pegasus Media & Logistics . 

The is a unique opportunity as it is not a traditional administration role. As a Production Administration Trainee, you will play a hands‑on role in our processes, regularly stepping onto the factory floor to check in on production activities. You will learn and operate the in‑house production computer system, assist with scheduling and coordinating production runs, and ensure information is accurate and up to date.

 The role suits someone with a high attention to detail who enjoys routine and process‑driven work, while gaining satisfaction from seeing the tangible outcomes of their efforts in a fast‑paced printing production environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Providing general administrative support to the production and warehouse teams

• Assisting with basic production floor duties as required

• Helping with warehouse tasks such as organising stock, preparing orders, and maintaining tidy work areas

• Completing documentation and data entry accurately

• Supporting smooth workflow across different operational areas

What we’re looking for:

• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills

• Willingness to learn and take initiative

• Ability to follow & adhere to policies and procedures
