Junior Procurement Traineeship – Pegasus Media & Logistics

Here at Apprenticeship Careers Australia (ACA) we currently have an exciting opportunity for applicants looking to start their career through a Certificate IV in Procurement & Contracting, located in Blacktown & hosted by Pegasus Media & Logistics.

This is a unique opportunity that goes beyond a typical coordination role. As a Junior Sourcing & Procurement Coordinator, you will take a hands-on approach to supporting our international sourcing operations, working closely with our China office to manage pricing, quotes, samples, and orders.

This role is well suited to someone with strong attention to detail who enjoys structured, process-driven work, while also taking satisfaction in seeing the direct impact of their efforts in a dynamic, fast-paced sourcing and procurement environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Liaise with the China office and suppliers to obtain accurate pricing, specs, and lead times

• Manage quotes by checking pricing, updating records, and following up to meet deadlines

• Support procurement by raising POs, confirming timelines, tracking orders, and flagging issues

• Coordinate product samples, ensuring timely sourcing, tracking, and delivery to clients

• Assist sales efforts through outreach, appointment setting, and responding to client enquiries

• Maintain accurate CRM data and proactively track milestones to keep projects on schedule

• Have a strong attention to detail and good organisational skills

• Understanding of the construction industry or willingness to learn

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Willingness to learn and take initiative within a fast paced environment

• Ability to follow and adhere to company policies and procedures
