Estimation Traineeship – Pegasus Media & Logistics

Here at Apprenticeship Careers Australia (ACA) we currently have an exciting opportunity for applicants looking to start their career through a Certificate IV in Business over 24 months, located in Blacktown & hosted by Pegasus Media & Logistics . 

This is a great opportunity for someone confident with numbers, eager to learn, and looking to build strong commercial, analytical, and administrative skills. The role suits someone with a high attention to detail who enjoys routine and process‑driven work, while gaining satisfaction from seeing the tangible outcomes of their efforts in a fast‑paced printing production environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Reviewing and processing incoming client enquiries and orders

• Interpreting job specifications and technical requirements

• Assisting the estimating team with cost calculations and quote preparation

• Maintaining accurate documentation and administrative support

• Collaborating with internal teams to clarify details and ensure smooth workflow

What we’re looking for:

• Strong attention to detail

• Comfortable working with numbers and basic calculations

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Good communication and organisational skills

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
