Engineering Mechanical Apprenticeship - Liftier Solutions

Here at Apprenticeship Careers Australia, we currently have an exciting opportunity for applicants looking to start their career through a Certificate III Engineering Mechanical over 4 years, located in Belmore & hosted by Liftier Solutions.

As an apprentice fitter, you’ll work closely with our qualified technicians within the service, repair, and maintenance department, gaining hands-on experience across all aspects of lift systems. You’ll be involved in new lift installations, as well as repairing and servicing commercial-grade lifts for our clients across Sydney.

This role offers a great balance between on-site work (2–3 days per week) and workshop-based tasks in Belmore, where you’ll assist in machining, fitting, and assembling lift components.

Duties:

• Assist qualified fitters with the installation, servicing, and repair of lift systems

• Work on new lift installations from start to finish

• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on commercial lifts

• Assist in machining and fitting various lift components in the workshop

• Prepare and maintain tools and equipment used on-site and in the workshop
   

Skills and responsibilities:

• Hands-on experience in a specialist and growing industry

• Mentorship from experienced lift technicians and fitters

• Varied work across both site and workshop environments

• Any hands-on experience working with tools will be highly regarded
