  • Passion for working with your hands and building things

  • Committed to completing the full apprenticeship (3-4 years)

  • A strong work ethic and willingness to learn

  • Physically fit and capable of manual labour

  • White Card (or willingness to obtain)

  • Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle – essential

  • Pre-apprenticeship or previous hands-on experience (a bonus, not a must)

Role Description

What You’ll Be Doing:
Throughout your apprenticeship, you’ll be trained by experienced tradespeople and gain practical skills including:

  • Welding (MIG, TIG, stick)

  • Cutting, shaping, and joining metal components

  • Reading technical drawings and plans

  • Working with a range of fabrication tools and machinery

  • Assisting with structural steel and custom metal fabrication

  • Following safety protocols in busy workshop environments
