💼 What You’ll Be Doing:

No two days are the same! You'll be working across a variety of admin and customer service tasks which may include:

• Greeting and directing visitors who enter the showroom

• Answering phones and and transferring callers to the correct department

• Keeping the coffee machine maintained at all times

• Banking drop-offs and Post Office collections

• Entering new customer data, updating customer records, and deleting old customer data

• Email Management

• Invoice Management

• Filing

• Registration of new and used cars

• Handling administrative payroll duties, such as setting up and maintaining new staff, handling payroll inquiries, and processing fortnightly pays
