Admin/Customer Engagement Traineeship (Full-Time)

Monday-Friday | On-site Parking

Get paid to learn, build administration and customer engagement skills, and complete a Certificate III in Business Administration (Customer Engagement) with a reputable and supportive South Australian aged care provider.

About the Role

You’ll join a friendly scheduling and customer engagement team, helping coordinate in-home support, nursing, and allied health services so that customers receive care on time. This is a hands-on role where you’ll build administration, communication, and coordination skills in a fast-paced, meaningful environment. No administration experience is necessary, however previous call centre experience, hospitality front of house, and retail sales experience is highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

• Answering inbound calls from customers and support workers

• Scheduling and adjusting services to meet customer needs

• Managing enquiries from customers and internal teams

• Keeping schedules accurate and up to date

• Supporting smooth, timely delivery of care services

About You

• Customer-focused with a positive, can-do attitude

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Detail-oriented and confident following processes

• Professional, reliable, and a team player

• Interested in health or aged care

• Speak clearly and confidently over the phone

What You Will Need:

• Australian or NZ Citizenship or Permanent Residency with full working rights

• Willingness to complete a Certificate III in Business (Customer Engagement)

• National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain one)
