Here at Apprenticeship Careers Australia (ACA) we currently have an exciting opportunities for applicants looking to start their career through a Certificate III in Business Administration over 12 months, located in Wollongong & our host employer, Peoplecare. 

Our Traineeship Program offers a unique blend of on-the-job training & mentorship. As a trainee, you will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining practical experience and developing valuable industry skills. This program is perfect for recent graduates, career changers, and anyone eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment.

Duties:

• Provide administrative support across multiple departments, including data entry, filing, and document management.

• Respond to internal and external queries professionally, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

• Coordinate office activities such as travel bookings, catering, and meeting arrangements.

• Maintain office supplies and assist with general front counter and reception duties.

• Support team projects by sourcing information, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

• Contribute to a positive and efficient team environment by collaborating and sharing knowledge.

Skills and responsibilities:

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Ability to follow & adhere to policies and procedures 

• Strong computer literacy skills in Microsoft suite

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
