Administration Traineeship - ECA Professional Year

Here at Apprenticeship Careers Australia (ACA) we currently have an exciting opportunity for applicants looking to start their career through a Certificate III or IV Business Administration, located in Parramatta & our host employer, ECA Professional Year. 

Our Traineeship Program offers a unique blend of on-the-job training, mentorship, and classroom learning. As a trainee, you will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining practical experience and developing valuable industry skills. This program is perfect for recent graduates, career changers, and anyone eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment.

Duties:

• Provide frontline support to students, handling enquiries, phone calls, emails, and general customer service.

• Assist with enrolments and placements, including documentation checks, follow‑ups, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.

• Manage outbound follow‑up calls and direct sales‑related enquiries to the Business Development Officer.

• Maintain organised digital records, ensure compliance requirements are met, and support audit‑ready documentation.

• Assist with workflow scheduling, reporting, and a range of general administrative tasks across internal systems and partner portals.

Skills and responsibilities:
