Our Apprenticeship Program offers a unique blend of on-the-job training, mentorship, and classroom learning. As a trainee, you will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining practical experience and developing valuable industry skills. This program is perfect for recent graduates, career changers, and anyone eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment.

Duties:

• Assisting with all aspects of renovation work

• Demolition of internal and external structures

• General site cleaning and maintaining a safe work environment

• Basic and developing carpentry tasks, including framing, fixing, and fit-outs

• Assisting with excavation and ground works
   

Skills and responsibilities:

• Great attention to detail

• Trades assistant experience around Carpentry

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Ability to follow & adhere to policies and procedures 

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Have a strong work ethic and motivated to learn

• Passionate for field & result driven
