Start a Retail Traineeship
Start a customer-focused career in a fast-paced retail environment. As a retail trainee, you will learn how to deliver excellent customer service, manage stock and support store operations.
What you'll do:
- Assist customers and provide product advice
- Operate point of sale systems
- Manage stock and merchandising
- Maintain store presentation

Applicants who have already completed a retail qualification are encouraged to apply. In particular:
- Certificate II in Retail Services SIR20216 may be used as an entry pathway into the Certificate III.
This ensures you have the foundational skills and knowledge needed to confidently progress into a higher level.
