Australian School-based Apprenticeships and Traineeships allow you to:
- Stay at school with your mates and start an apprenticeship or traineeship at the same time
- Earn a wage whilst finishing school
- Finish Year 12 and get a VET qualification at the same time
- Get vital experience working whist still at school which will give you an edge over other candidates
- Knock up-to a year off your full apprenticeship or traineeship by starting whilst at school
How does it work?
Australian School-based Apprenticeships and Traineeships allow you to combine your schooling with part-time on-the-job training and study to achieve a Nationally Recognised Qualification.
You can gain credit towards your final years of schooling and still go on to higher education pathways using the qualification as a pre-requisite upon completing your apprenticeship or traineeship.

By starting an Australian School-based Apprenticeship or Traineeship with us you’ll be able to complete the first year of a traditional Australian Apprenticeship, spread over your final two years of schooling. This means you will still be able to complete your senior schooling qualifications whilst getting a head start on your career – win win!
