More Jobs More Care (MJMC) is a first of its kind program to create a new workforce for the NDIS sector in NSW. We’re thrilled to have been selected by the NSW Government to help increase the talent pool for the industry and improve access to community care for those living with disability.

Meet two of our amazing trainees working towards a Certificate III in Individual Support, Rachel and Ashley.

Growing up with four siblings who all have some form of disability, Rachel was inspired by those who supported her family and always knew she wanted to make the same positive difference in the community.

Ashley loves working with people. When she came across the opportunity to earn while she learns and get a qualification at the same time doing what she loved as part of a traineeship, Ashley knew she had found the right path to get started in her career!

The More Jobs More Care program  will see us place more than 2500 people in NSW into training. Candidates will participate in a 4-week training course and will have completed all mandatory NDIS checks as part of the program. 

We’re offering disability support providers the opportunity to take on candidates for one week’s work experience!

What better way to find suitable candidates to grow your team of support workers, as you’ll have the opportunity to host them on a traineeship (Certificate III in Individual Support) or employ them directly at the end, should you wish.
