Begin a career supporting people and workplace culture. As a human resources trainee, you will gain experience in recruitment, onboarding and employee support while working within a professional HR team.
wHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and documentation
- Support HR systems and processes
- Coordinate training and development activities
- Provide general administrative support

Applicants who have already completed a workplace qualification are encouraged to apply. In particular:
- Certificate II in Workplace Skills BSB20120 may be used as an entry pathway into the Certificate III.
This ensures you have the foundational skills and knowledge needed to confidently progress into a higher level.

- Certificate III in Human Resources BSB30420
