We are currently hiring Commercial Cookery Trainees pursuing a Certificate II in Commercial Cookery for our Early Childhood Education Centre in Littlehampton. This traineeship provides a fantastic opportunity to develop fundamental kitchen skills under the guidance of experienced professionals, setting the stage for a fulfilling career in the culinary arts.

In these roles you would perform a range of specialist cooking roles such as planning and preparing food. You may also undertake the following:

• Assist in basic food preparation and cooking techniques.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
• Learn under the mentorship of experienced chefs.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Embrace opportunities for skill enhancement and professional growth.

To be considered for a Kitchen Operations Traineeship the following is required:

• Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Enthusiasm for the culinary industry.
• Basic understanding of kitchen processes.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
