We’re thrilled to announce that Apprenticeship Careers Australia, as part of Business Australia’s Recruitment Solutions division, has been announced as a finalist for ‘Excellence in Safety Culture’ at the RCSA Awards (the peak body for the recruitment and staffing industry in Australia).
To be a finalist is a testament to the governance structures that guide the health and safety of our workforce and to the Apprenticeship Careers Australia team at every level, who put the safety of our workforce at the core of our culture and operations. From the top down, WHS is understood through our policies, our goals and vision and is achieved through team effort.
Our organisation’s incident rates are under benchmark for for the industry. An outstanding achievement.
Never has safety and risk had such sharp focus than in 2020. From managing employees working in bushfire ravaged communities in January, to providing continuity of service throughout the Covid-19 pandemic.
Our teams have gone above and beyond to be able to do this safely and without incident.
The RCSA 2020 Awards ceremony will be broadcast virtually at 3pm AEST this Friday 26 June.
